Job Summary

Cider Vine Ltd is looking for a Junior Technician to support vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, spare parts handling, and customer service. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, disciplined, customer-focused, and willing to learn in a busy automotive workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and basic diagnostics in line with company and manufacturer standards.
• Test vehicles after service or repair to confirm safety and proper functionality.
• Assist customers in identifying suitable spare parts and service solutions.
• Support spare parts organization, stock handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle repair progress and any recommended additional work.
• Promote suitable parts, repairs, and maintenance services where relevant.
• Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
• Take care of workshop tools and equipment and report any faults promptly.
• Work closely with other technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure smooth workshop operations.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and all reasonable instructions given by management.

Requirements

• Training in automotive engineering, vehicle mechanics, or a related field.
• Basic experience in vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of Isuzu vehicles will be an added advantage.
