Sales, Marketing & Inventory Officer
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales, Marketing & Inventory Officer to drive the sale of Isuzu spare parts, accessories and repair services. The successful candidate will also support marketing activities, build lasting customer relationships and ensure accurate stock control.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service
- Sell Isuzu spare parts, accessories and workshop services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable parts, maintenance or repair solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, inquiries and customer orders.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Meet assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Marketing and Business Development
- Support sales campaigns, promotions and customer-outreach activities.
- Promote the company’s products, services and special offers.
- Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Collect customer feedback and market information.
- Participate in exhibitions, activations and other promotional events.
Inventory and Stock Control
- Maintain accurate sales and stock-movement records.
- Monitor inventory levels and help ensure fast-moving items are available.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage and issuing of spare parts.
- Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits.
- Keep the parts-storage area organized and ensure stock is handled correctly.
- Report damaged, obsolete and slow-moving items promptly.
Operational Support
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely customer service.
- Maintain complete and accurate sales and inventory documentation.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Carry out other duties reasonably related to the role.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in automotive parts sales, marketing or inventory management is an advantage.
- Strong selling, negotiation and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock-control procedures.
- Good computer skills and ability to use inventory or ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
