TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

CONDITIONS:

1. DELIVERY: Delivery of goods to customers will be made at the premises Cider Vine Limited (hereinafter called "the Company" only, unless arranged otherwise between the purchaser and the Company.

2. QUERIES: Any queries relating to this inv. will not be entertained by Cider Vine if such queries are received more than 10 days after the Invoice Date.

3. SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS: All Credit accounts must be settled strictly within agreed days of invoice date. Interest at a prevailing rate which may be set and reviewed by the Company from time to time will be charged on all overdue accounts. The Company also reserves the right to withdraw or close any such credit facilities and accounts at its discretion.

4. ELECTRICAL PARTS: All electrical parts once sold are not returnable.

5. WARRANTY ON ACCESSORIES: The Company warrants that it will repair or furnish a replacement Part at no charge for any defective or malfunctioning Part or Accessory installed by the Company approved dealer - 90 days or 4,000 Kilometres, whichever occurs first, from date of installation. This warranty covers repairs and replacement made necessary due to defects in material and workmanship on the Parts or Accessory only.


 ADDITIONAL TERMS

  1. Our invoices are payable within agreed working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Cider Vine Limited reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. Cider Vine Limited will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  2. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Cider Vine Limited reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  3. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Kenya law.
